RRV Plumbing

This person who claimed to work with RVV plumbing came to my house with no tools but just his cellphone to use it as flashlight to look for the source if pipe leaking, use my hummer to knock down a wall which was not the source of leak, left the house and told me that he will have to borrow from his friend a camera to look for the leaking. What kind of non sense is this, why did Angi list allowed this in their website. Not reliable, not an expert at all! Destroyed my walls for nothing and run a business with no tools and the van he drove does not even has his business name, so scary!! What happened to Angi?s list, i thought customers can rely on your business postings!

I hired RRV Plumbing to take care of a couple of small plumbing jobs. However, the quality of the work was not good at all. I ended up having to have my sink faucet redone so that water comes out and the new faucet on my bathtub is in worse condition than my old one. Finally, I was wrongly charged an additional $250 because RRV said that since I used Angi, he can charge the extra amount, but I learned that should not be happening. Overall, it was a bad experience and I feel as though I was lied to. I can not recommend RRV Plumbing to anyone.

I think that this contractor knows what he claims to know I would be careful giving him future projects.

Reynaldo was here in a matter of minutes and completed the replacement of the kitchen sink and faucet quickly and without much fuss. Friendly courteous and professional… a beautiful job. I will be calling him for some other jobs soon. Highly recommended.

Robert came by, quoted the job and came back the next day to knock it out of the park. He finished on time, on budget, and kept my place clean. He also did an excellent job minimizing disruptions to heat while he replumbed gas lines for me. He's local, got here quick, and finished quick. Would recommend him to anyone in Rockland looking for a plumbing pro.

I did not receive an invoice or receipt after payment for the work that was completed. So Iâ m not sure what I actually paid for. After the fixture was repaired. He put the same patched up work over the pipes. Glad fixture was replaced and he arrived promptly when he said. Not sure I will use his services again though.

My plumbers name was Robert and he was very pleasant and professional . He did an excellent job replacing my facet in kitchen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I will use him in the future.

The work was done in a timely manner. I need two faucets which he got and installed. I had to lend him a knife and screwdriver. He left a piece of his equipment at my place. He was polite and hardworking. I donâ t know if I was overcharged, but am very happy that the work was done.

When I asked for an estimate online, he called almost immediately and said he was in the area and could come over shortly. He looked at the heater and advised I needed a new one which I suspected since it was leaking from the bottom. I asked for an estimate; he said he needed to check and left. When he came back, he had already taken out a new heater from his truck before speaking to me. I told him to hold on - I needed to know the cost. At first, he said $850.00. I said too much and he dropped it to $750.00. I told him to proceed. He asked me to come to the basement to show me two other parts that needed to be replaced - the shut-off valves for the water and the one for the gas which he said had a small leak. I gave him the okay. The work was completed and I asked if he wanted a credit card or check. He preferred a check. When I asked for the total, he said somewhere over $1300.00! Was totally taken aback. I said you quoted $750.00 but I knew I would have to pay additional for the two valves but that amount was shocking. He said the $750 .00 did not include labor and that I misunderstood. I told him when it comes to money, I do not **misunderstand**. For him to quote a price from an item that requires installation is deceitful, to say the least. After much back and forth, I wrote a check for $1241.00. I did not get an itemized bill for the work. I have asked twice and still have not received one. Perhaps the reason being the tank he told me was $750.00 sells in Lowes for $559.00 retail and I am sure that was not his cost.

He came for the appointment early and finished the job early. He was very courteous and professional. Not sure what the exact value of the job was, but I was happy it was done.
