"Really impressed with this company! Danny was very professional, courteous and skilled. He quickly figured out that our fridge had a broken cooling fan, swiftly ordered the part and installed it asap. He came in a timely manner and updated me throughout the project. Would highly recommend!"

"Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! Clean... affordable and professional."

I’m a reliable construction and maintenance professional with hands-on experience in residential repairs and renovations. I currently work as a maintenance technician for a large property, handling everything from small fixes like lighting and fixtures to larger projects such as laminate flooring, sinks, and vanities.\n\nPreviously, I was a project manager overseeing full kitchen and bathroom gut renovations, while also working hands-on from demo to installation. This gave me a strong understanding of doing jobs efficiently and to a high standard.\n\nI take pride in being detail-oriented and delivering quality results that last. I’m also honest and upfront—if something is outside my expertise, I’ll communicate that clearly. With strong customer service skills, I focus on making every job smooth, professional, and stress-free for the customer. \n\nIf you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality, I’m here to help get the job done right.\n\n

"First off let me say I feel this is the reason why a site like Angie's List exists - so you can read an unbiased review from a paying member that is just awesome. My pool heater was delviered after 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and my pool guy informs me that his gas guy will not be able to do the work. What are the odds you are going to get someone to answer the phone let alone show up. Yet Sean did just that. He was on another job and then came to my house at around 7pm from West Islip and I live in Miller Place. I had a party on Sunday for my sons graduation and he took the job not knowing what he would need and said it would get done don't worry. He had to go to 3 different Home Depot's to get the parts he needed and by the time he got back it was after 8:30pm and dark. Armed with a miner light on his helmet he plowed through and got it hooked up and left my house at almost 11pm. If that is not dedication to customer service on a level beyond then I don't know what is. Bravo Sean! Great job!!!"

Gas Grill Installation FAQs, answered by experts

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Yes, you can lay a gas grill flat during transportation. Laying it flat can help prevent it from moving around the truck during the journey. It’s still advisable to secure the grill with bungee cords, just in case.
