"I would like to first start off that Darian from the beginning is a very nice & professional man, I told him about our pond being so green & overgrown with plants & was smelly for a very long time he came over & gave us an estimate it was very fair price the workers who also were very nice & knowledgeable, they pulled out lilies from the pond that were so tall & cleaned the pond several times washed the gigantic rocks in the pond went up to the waterfall & cleaned that also, pulling out debris & when cleaning the pond they put our 300 gold fish in a holding tank aerated & nice for them came back & put in a new aeration & large filter system & a uv light that will give us crystal clear water in no time, it is so nice to see all the rocks & the fish are so happy they have more pep! they also put river rocks which I love around the front of the pond & we have a bench that we sit on to see the beautiful pond. If anyone wants a beautiful pond Aquarium Design Network New York is the way to go. Kevin & Nancy Smithtown"

"We had a very bad leak in our 4,000g pond. Losing almost 2â a day. Jules came out. Emptied our pond and fixed a few large holes and hundreds of tiny holes. Well, the next morning our pond was CRYSTAL CLEAR & hadnâ t lost ANY WATER! The fish are the healthiest weâ ve seen them in years and love the big cave Jules made for them. "We were not in a rush and they accommodated our schedule quite nicely. We had bids from 4 other providers and choose them not because they were the cheapest (they were the third least expensive) but because they were certified by the James Hardie Company and there is a pretty good warranty that applies if we use a certified installer.
They showed up early every day and worked til dusk and the crews are not day laborers but are on salary with the company. Installing fiber cement products is fairly tricky and the crews were all experienced and that showed from day one. The pre-installation consults and detail explanation of the work were terrific. The crews paid attention to all the details too and cleaned up each day to a spotless condition.They cam back several times after completion to ask if we had any problems or needed something redone. Our punch list was amazingly small and overall they rated and A+ , to us they were the best. The owner of the company made many visits to our site as did the salesman and of course the crew chief.
The skill and deft workmanship of the crews was worth the little extra cost and added to our sense of security along with the Hardie warranty.
