"I dint know what happened to Rob Started off great, then disappeared He opened the pool on time. He came back and power caved as scheduled. He told me he would be back to get my heater started and I never heard from him again I called and texted but no response I paid him exactly what he asked for so I am very disappointed I hired vs 2 other companies cause he seemed like a nice young kid staring out Figured I would give him a chance I will be looking for a new pool service Sorry Rob didn?t work out He seemed like a nice kid"

"This company maintained our pool all summer long. The pool we have is a large gunite pool with salt water, it is hard to maintain and keep clear but they did it. If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great."

This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. I would pay more just to have them do a job because it is clear that thry are professional and stand behind their products.
