"Cellino is awesome. They saved the day when my basement flooded in 2018. So when a few weeks ago my parents (both in their 80's) had plumbing problems, they called me, and as their POA, it was a no-brainer. Cellino. I called and made an appointment. The two techs assigned to the job, Nick Piracci and Joseph Neuhaus knocked it out the park. I expected no less based on the service I received two years ago. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and professional. Answered all my questions, explained everything and even provided answers to questions I wouldn't know to ask. My parents informed me of one issue, but it turned out to be far more and they were all addressed. Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA.
