Best heating and air conditioning pros near Sardinia, NY

"Fantastic - they came on time, did the job , cleaned up and actually sat down with me to make sure I had all the paperwork straight for the warranties and rebate. We couldn't ask for better service. Mike is a real gentlemen and helped us " above and beyond ". Shout out to Mary in the office , who made our scheduling and payment experience smooth . Nobody likes to have to replace an HVAC , but its very reassuring that when the weather hits freezing this winter, we will be warm and cozy with our new heating system. I would never go anywhere else. If I could give them A++ , I would!"

"Excellent! I have used them in the past & was always satisfied. When I called asking them to re-check work done by another contractor they came out the same day. I found they offer 2nd opinions on any HVAC work at no charge. My furnace was found to be free of leaks and in great working order! Kudos to T-mark and Matt."

"

He was on time and very professional, he knows furnace well, I can tell by the way he took the parts away swiftly

and try to found the problem.

He fixed the problem and put the parts back and also explained to me what cause the problem, I am very happy

that I found "Prime Time Energy Services" since I am still new in Buffalo area.

Scott and his co-worker were excellent. A dispatcher gave me a call an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and they were on time. They were extremely professional and very neat. They laid down drop cloths to keep the floor clean. They also took the time after the installation and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them!

"The company Reps. were very efficient and wasted no time. They didn't balk at the fact that my home is a mobile home (as another Nation-wide company did), and I am pretty sure that they will get a lot more business here as this is a senior citizen mobile home park. There are no other outfits in this area that clean air ducts."

Emerald Heating & Cooling was founded in 2000 by Marty and Carrie Sheehan, who combine their strengths to offer great HVAC service to the local area.\n\nThe business began after founder Marty Sheehan worked for an HVAC company and trained under a wise technician who told him “be like the duck on the water.” By this, he meant that ducks always appear graceful and in control above the water, while below the surface they are trying hard to stay afloat. It’s a metaphor for working hard while doing a beautiful job, hustling without mistakes, and doing great work without the fuss.\n\nMarty has taken this mindset and applied it to every aspect of our business, from the logo to the mission. This is how we approach every job we do.

"The service was prompt and the electrician knowledgeable. The price was right for the job. We have scheduled a lot more work for this company to perform."
