When all the parts are ready, they replaced all the 25 windows and one sliding door for the whole house in one day. That's really amazing! "It went very well. I was able to secure an appointment within a week (I suspect I could have gotten one sooner had I requested it, but there was no rush). Troy was prompt and did a great job. He was able to install my chandelier without having to drill holes in the wall. (I was warned that drilling might be necessary, which would have led to additional costs to repair/paint wall.) He used the already existing hole behind a light switch and somehow snaked it to the correct spot. Troy clearly knows what he's doing--and clearly knows that he knows. When I noted my amazement that he was able to get the wires to the correct spot and said it was pretty lucky, he joked "that's not luck it's skill!" I chuckled and very happily wrote the $340 check, particularly since another company quoted the insane prices of $1500 (if I wanted exposed wires) and $2500 (if I wanted them in the wall--noting that I'd also have to repair/paint wall). Nuts! I will certainly use Spirelli/Troy again."
