I have heard horror stories from friends and so I had some trepidation about hiring a contractor. Dan is extremely trustworthy and dedicated and very pleasant to deal with. His responsiveness is a characteristic your hope for, but seldom find. His team of professionals were fantastic - from demo day to completion. The carpenters are true craftsmen. The electrician and plumber and tile installers were also great. Everyone was pleasant and on time. Dan has the best communication with us throughout the project. His cabinet contact, Dominick, was outstanding. He listened and was creative. Thank you Dan for your expedience, so I had a functioning kitchen for Thanksgiving! We greatly appreciated that. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
