We accepted it anyway with a few dollars off again because we really did not want to wait till spring (It was Dec..&I live in snowy area) so we will live with it. I would probably use them again because of their pricing and quality when right door is sent but I would only deal with Kimberly throughout process. I wish I could give it a B- because Kimberly was so helpful - but can only rate without + or -."
