I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."
