"The whole experience was wonderful. From the speedy outreach to me when I expressed interest, to a quick estimation appointment, guidance through the experience, some additional questions in areas related to their expertise, to the installation itself and even a favor I asked during installation. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone seeking the services they provide. IF I ever have more to do, I won't seek my traditional additional estimates but will just call them."

"Team was on time, pleasant and easy to work with. They werea also able to work around a delay in another home improvement project that was in process. The team was able to complete the task in a very timely manner. However, the additional access panel was not executed as outlined on the contract and they were able to work with the other contractor and improvised a different access point to install the insulation."

"Very happy with the job. A very professional install. Job was done in a timely manner and the men were very knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend for any insulation needs."

"The crew was always very courteous and cleaned up every day. They worked around my schedule when I could not be there in person. The completed jobs included a tiled shower, repairing ceiling in kitchen and laundry rooms and then painting them, installing pendant lights in kitchen and fixing tub drain. All top notch work."

"Patrick was very thorough explaining the products to me and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very meticulous, and I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone needing window installation."

"I felt the central New York insulation team did a fantastic job. I could tell from the start I was getting an honest appraisal and that the job was going to be done correctly. They installed the insulation in a timely fashion as they said they would. They also did a great job cleaning up the area. I would trust CNY in insulation for any further projects."

"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. Itâ s great to know that there is someone out there who cares and treated my home with care and exemplary customer service."

"There was no salesman to pay for like the others that offered estimates. The person that assessed my insulation needs is the person that did the work. I cannot stress enough what wonderful service I received from Polar Bear Insulation. Extra services were done for me that were not asked for. Punctuality, top notch work ethics, and courteousness were demonstrated. I so enjoyed the cheerfulness and laughter I heard while the work was being done. David is the best!!!!"

"Everything went great. Ihad a tree taken down the same day of install, and they cordinated with each great!"
