"House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air ."

They needed to come back the next day. Unfortunately they were going to be out of town, however they said they would arrange for an HVAC friend to come out. Saturday morning at 8 am someone came out. The gentlemen cloud not have been any nicer. He fixed the problem in an hour. They didnâ t charge a fee to come out, nor did the gentleman who came out on Saturday require payment. It was left that they would get back to me for payment when they returned the following week. I have never met them, they didnâ t know me, and they could not have been nicer. They have found a customer for life, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I canâ t thank them enough. If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further than McCool Mechanical."
