"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. "I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

We give free estimates and do all project work by contract. All service and maintenance work is invoiced, so you'll always have an explanation of the work that was performed. Warrantees vary from 1 year labor to 40 year manufacturer, depending upon the work being done and you can rest assured that the job will be done on time, on budget in most cases. "I rented for seven years. It was a constant nightmare. No pest control, maintenance requests are just ignored or months late, rent hikes are constant. Total scum lords. Rent hikes costed me $700 monthly ($100 more each year) Told me to pay for my own pest control for the rodents and roaches at this property and won’t pay me back (totally breaks the law and doesn’t care) Using rent fixing as well. Run for the hills, hopefully these terrible deplorable peoples will shut their doors soon."
