The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

We opted for a different brand of decking besides what they usually use and our requests were nicely accommodated. The workers came when they said they would and completed the project on-time and left our property as they found it. The porch and deck look awesome! "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
