From the beginning, they were communicative, responsive, and professional, which made me feel confident that they would be easy to work with. Once the project was started, we had a few unexpected snow storms with some pretty frigid days. Nevertheless, the crew still showed up promptly each day, working diligently in the cold weather for the full day, which goes to show you how hard-working and dedicated these guys were! They were also very detail-oriented and gave good design suggestions to help improve the overall look of the deck. In the end, we were thrilled with how everything turned out! The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price.
