"I hired Negotiator Home Improvement to replace three columns and a support beam, located outside my garage that was rotted. Pros 1. Mahendra is very responsive and courteous. 2. He was p as prompt in completing the work. 3.It appears that he did a good job replacing the columns. Cons: 1. The final product was sloppy, dirty, and unprofessional. 2. The wrap was not level (it bulges in areas). 3. The wrap was not put on neatly or evenly. 3. The sealant he applied to try to fix the issues with the wrap appeared to be applied by an amateur that has never used sealant before. 4. He estimated that the job would last about four days and I would have to pay additional money if he discovered that there was additional damage. It turned out that there was less damage than expected and he did not replace the entire support beam. As a result, the job took only two days. He did not adjust the cost downwards for the decrease in labor or material needed. I need to pay someone to redo the job."

Plastic was put down every day to contain dust and cleanup was done on a daily basis. Tools were either packed up at the end of a day or stored carefully in an inaccessible room. With a young one running around we cannot say how much we appreciate this. Jonathan continued to be communicative throughout the project walking us through any changes that occurred, or answering any questions my husband or I had.
