There was a problem with the new thermostat he installed on 10/25. He came right over and re-installed the old one so my disabled Mother and "I had heat. He is kind, empathetic and fair! Hard to find now-a-days.

Dan Mack was responsive to the immediate request for information and scheduled a walk-through the same day as our conversation. PROS: responsive and hard-working. Cleaned up afterwards. Knowledgeable and curious. Dan is a graduate of the local trade school and a very nice person who aims to find solutions. Upon request of a report from my insurance company, Dan completed a thorough report. The work Dan did this project phase was change- out of switches, changing/, upgrading some wiring, installation of new boxes, and upgrade/changeover for a few days or two. The work was a little bit more than I had budgeted for and Dan is accommodating with a payment plan. I do appreciate that and would hire Dan again in the future.

Mr Mack came right away, within the hour to install two new hotwire fire alarms and to check out two suspicious outlets. I had to get someone in for my 91 yr old, elderly mother, as I am downstate a bit and know no one in her area. He was very honest, patient and professional I was told. She now has a "go to" person should she need more work and I am confident he would do a great job. He even went under her car and got her newspaper for her. Thanks Dan! You need work? Don't even hesitate to give this company a call.

Gentleman remained on the job until job was completed, several issues with equipment. He had to get a new detector as the one he came with was faulty

He stated that there wouldn't be any surprises and the job would take an hour. He quoted me an hourly rate of 80.00 + supplies at roughly 24.00. Total cost approximately 104.00. It took him three hours to install a ring a doorbell. I think he took his time on purpose to make sure he makes money. I made it very clear that a doorbell was never installed, so he had to put in new wiring. With that being said, he should have known it would take longer than an hour, but three hours is ridiculous. I have had a new electric line installed and it did not take as long as Dan putting in a doorbell.
