"They power washed my entire house including roof; siding and main part; the deck which was the main project. The deck looks brand new! Wonderful job .. very happy."

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

"Great drywall work. you can’t even tell it was repaired! Had several holes and cracks patched throughout the house. The finish was seamless — blended perfectly with the existing walls. Professional, easy to communicate with, and left everything clean with no dust or debris. Pricing was very reasonable too. Would definitely hire again!"

"My deck needed to be repaired and painted. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ryan is knowledgeable and meticulous. He was very responsive when I had a question. The price was reasonable and the result is beautiful. I plan to hire for future projects. I highly recommend. I highly recommend. I highly recommend Suffolk Peak"

"We used Hugo and Polanco Brothers last April for a Spring Cleanup, and we were in desperate need for one this season, but had to wait until June to get it done. We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. There was a tree that needed to be removed this time, as well as a major clean up and lawn care in the front and back yards. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else. They are absolutely the best at what they do. You CANNOT do wrong if you choose Hugo and The Polanco Brothers."

"John made multiple suggestions for the deck that we had not thought of. He offered weatherproofing and deck looks amazing."

"Brian first came by one evening to do the power washing. He was done in an hour. Then, he came by with a fellow worker to fill some holes in our deck with some wood filler and to sand the deck. Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. This is the second time I have used Brian. He is reliable and gave me a great price. He did a standup, excellent job. Thank you, Brian. And I am also getting a quote from him to have my paving stones power washed and the weeks removed from in between the stones. Then he will fill in with a special sand. Great, professional worker!"

"Preferred Choice Cleaning is outstanding. This is the second time I utilized Preferred and Brendan and Brandon did a phenomenal job: porch, pavers/slate, extensive PVC fencing around the property, shed, deck, patio furniture etc. Looks brand new! Professional, courteous, and the cost was very reasonable. On top of all this, a little while after the job was done, Angelo the owner called to ask how everything went. I highly recommend Preferred Choice…a company that knows quality and service."
