Jay Marco Plumbing & Heating

We have been using Jay Marco Plumbing Service for decades with great satisfaction with their professionalism, quality of work and pricing. Since the new management changes, the service level  has plummeted. I have been trying to get them to install a dishwasher for weeks. We were advised  on several occasions they would call us back to confirm a date and time for the appointment, but they never followed up with the confirming appointment. They then assured me that they would come on the afternoon of 9/13/13 and I took the day off from work to be there to let them in.  After calling that afternoon to check in on the status of the arrival of the plumber, I was advised that the plumber was on his way to my house. He never showed.  I called that evening to complain, but my phone call was never acknowledged or returned. Its really disappointing treatment after years of loyal patronage;  we're now searching for a more reliable plumber.

They have been excellent.  Whenever we have had an emergency they have been here immediately.  They are very reliable and good.  They have always been great.  My wife had a contract with them and we have been using them for 15 years.  So far they have never been late for an appointment and are here on time.  I think their prices are fair.  The quality of their work is good.

The appointment was for 9 on a Friday morning, the plumber turned up around 4 in the afternoon, didn't bring the right equipment, made a futile effort to use a snake although I had specifically requested a water jet, announced he had to go to Ohio and departed leaving the drain blocked worse than before, promising to come back on Monday. Never saw them again and got a bill a week later.

I had been having problems with the hot water pressure in my shower and was told by several people that I had to replace the thermostatic valve. I ordered the part myself and called Jay Marco Plumbing to do the work. The plumber was very punctual and helpful. While replacing the valve he identified a clogged up filter which he cleaned out, solving my water pressure problem

Ed was very professional. He was there when he said he would be and went above and beyond the work necessary.

I've had them do jobs of various sizes in the past. They are very professional and do a very good job, although they are pricey. One nice thing is that they have been receptive to my requests to not have a certain one of their plumbers come out to do work for me.
