"We scheduled no work for this client never had any of our pressure washers stop working on a job ."
They did fair. The windows look good, but there are still some streaks. When they finally came they showed up on time. They didn't reply very well when I asked them. I paid them $150 and I had already paid $69 through Angie's List. To make the experience better they could have been on time or come closer to when I had called them.
Derrick was great. we wanted the work done as soon as possible as we were preparing the house to go on the market. He was pretty booked up and we took the first available, which was further out than we really wanted. But, he kept his word and the minute he had a change in his schedule he called us. It worked out perfect. He also called and texted the day before to confirm the appointment.
He and an assistant showed up on time and went straight to work. We pointed out areas we had particular concerns about. He got it all taken care of to our satisfaction. The house and driveway looked great. His rates are very reasonable.
We are already repeat customers and will be again!
It went great. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. I had a few particular requests like getting concrete slab areas under stairs and he cleaned them up nicely.

There was a hiccup in the initial scheduling. The deal was purchased on June 21 and the job was booked for the following week. We agreed on a date/time but Derrick called me at 8:30 am on Sunday morning to say he needed to reschedule. I wasn't thrilled about being called on Sunday morning and mentioned to Derrick that I read in other reviews of problems with scheduling and rescheduling of appointments and could we please not do this. He said if we weren't in a hurry he would come out on July 18th as he had customer in Austell he serviced on the 18th of each month and he'd be in the area already. I agreed and we scheduled for July 18th.
Derrick arrived on time and we walked around the house as he briefed me on what he would be doing. He went right to work pre-treating. Everything was going great until he began to pressure wash the west side of our house, which was the most stained because of all the trees. Unbeknownst to me, my husband and especially Derrick, wasps had built a nest around a tree limb that was approximately 8'-10' off the ground but facing the west side of the house. When Derrick began applying the wash some of it splashed the wasp nest which sent wasps swarming out after him. It was frightening and he was stung. Fortunately I had not locked my front door and he was able to escape indoors but with several stings. I immediately offered and applied Benadryl and asked if he was allergic to which he replied, "no". That was a relief. It was without question or discussion that he couldn't finish that day. He said he would be back in the area on Mon. August 18, to service the other customer, and I promised the wasp nest would be taken care of well before then. I didn't think any more about the job but did follow up with Derrick a few days later to make sure HE was okay. August 18 arrives and I stayed home because I didn't know when he'd be arriving. In all fairness to Derrick, I should have contacted him the week before to confirm but a serious family illness had my mind completely occupied. I emailed Derrick on Thurs., August 21 stating that since he didn't come out on Monday, August 18 to finish our pressure wash job when would he be out. Derrick called me and I was taken aback by our conversation. First, there was no explanation or apology for not contacting me to confirm finishing the job. Second, he told me he would have to charge a MINIMUM of $75.00 to come back out. I asked him what the charge of $75.00 was for. He told me it would for his time, product and gas to come back out. I told him I knew my husband would not agree to paying a minimum (with no indication of a maximum) of $75.00 and besides, we had already paid for the product and his time through the initial purchase. He then backed up and said he had a partner he'd need to talk to but he might be able to come back out for $35.00-$40.00. Since I had agreed to wait another month for the job to be completed (August 18th) when he would be in close proximity to my home I couldn't see where he came up with charging an additional $35.00-$40.00 for GAS. After reading other reviews about extra charges and discussing the situation with my husband we decided to wash our hands of the pressure washing being completed. As long as everything goes smoothly Derrick is accommodating and does a great job but if nature throws hiccups in the equation, you're on your own. The house looked great ... on three sides.

Unfortunately due to the problem of wasp being on the property that caused a return trip there's always costs occur with any job an this is no exception. I reduce the price to $35.00 for a return trip.I never received a call from you after.."
