Had to wait five hours for a scheduled service call. And it took 3 calls just to make this appointment. But when the technician arrived he was very professional, smart and helpful.

AFTER WE CALLED THEM, THEY CAME WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS. THEY GOT OUR HEAT BACK ON AGAIN. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND GOOD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T THINK THEY'RE THE CHEAPEST COMPANY AROUND.

THEY DELIVER THE OIL EVERY TWO WEEKS. SO FAR THEY DELIVER IT ON TIME. WHEN THEY CAME TO CLEAN THE BOILER, IT RAN FINE. THEY DELIVER WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. THEY'RE PUNCTUAL.

IT WAS FAVORABLE. I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME OUT TO CLEAN AND SERVICE MY UNIT. I CALLED WHEN I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT SOMETHING, AND THINGS CAN BE RESOLVED ON THE PHONE. THEY'RE VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY GAVE MY AN ESTIMATE. THEY OBTAINED THE NECESSARY PARTS DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY THAT MANUFACTURED THE BOILER, SINCE IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE REPAIR IN LESS TIME THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. ABOVE AMOUNT WAS AN ESTIMATE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET THE FINAL BILL.

VERY DISSATISFIED. I BELIEVE THEM TO BE LESS THAN HONEST WITH THEIR CONSUMERS. I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I HAVE HEARD OTHER STORIES FROM FRIENDS WHO WERE DISSATISFIED WITH THEM.
