Mechanic that came out spent hours working on a gas furnace and had no idea what the problem was. Called the office repeatedly complaining about his inability to repair. Spent 4-6 hours over the course of 2 days and never repaired it. Had to call someone else that had it fixed in 2 hours. They still insist on me paying for their "repairman's" time. Oil burners they are great, gas furnace they don't know what they are looking at.

Everything went as scheduled. Petro arrived at the correct time of the scheduled appointment. They made sure that the area were they were working was all cleaned up. Everything was explained as to what was performed on the heating system.
