Micheal the cleaner was on time , courteous and very professional. He took special care with my rugs and cleaned them beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the results!!

We were very pleased with the cleaning that our Persian rugs received from Special Touch Carpet Cleaning. They look bright and beautiful and we can once again feel the luxurious pile. From pick-up to delivery, Michaelâ s service was lovely, prompt, attentive. He and Marc even made sure that our furniture was placed back exactly as we wanted it. They were very kind and professional. Rug cleaning is expensive, but Special Touch does a great job.

Michael was very prompt and professional when he picked up my 5 x 9 carpet to be cleaned at another site. I told him to deliver the cleaned carpet to my daughter's apartment upstairs. I was not there when carpet arrived and my daughter and son-in-law said Michael was very pleasant and moved dining table and chairs and laid the carpet. They clean very well, they schedule the time according what accommodates you . I did not even know my carpets was vintage. They have knowledge on that too. Excellent.

They did an amazing job on my carpet! I found an amazing carpet at sale that was very dirty and very delicate. These guys really did a great job cleaning it. I did not imagine I would be able to get it looking that good from the original condition it was in. They were also very affordable and had great customer service too. Would definitely recommend!
