The 100 year old house looks much better with new gutters , roof and chimney. Remi Renato was my project manager and he did a great job of keeping things moving while I vacillated between cost and doing it right. Remi only wanted it right and I’m thankful for his managing of his crew as well as his customer. I heartily recommend these guys . They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . Not one dent in the aluminum siding I like the choice of materials they use. "

The entire team was considerate - sales intake/review, phone scheduling, and the hardest parts: the interior and exterior masonry. We appreciated that the expertise in interior and exterior were handled by unique masonry experts. Clean up was also carefully completed for both interior and exterior. The McCracken sub-brand name is off-putting for sure, it's better for pub night team good times than company branding, alas on the bright side we were happy to know that the team puts a priority on quality work but also has a sense of humor."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"ALERT ??????? DO NOT HIRE SHAMROCK CHIMNEY We hired Shamrock to repair our chimney after it was identified as the source of a roof leak. The work was done improperly, and the leak continued. Two independent roofers later confirmed the poor workmanship. Shamrock agreed to return, but the follow-up visit was unprofessional and dismissive. The leak continued after additional rain, causing more interior damage. We were given conflicting explanations, missed appointments, and were ultimately told the issue wasn?t covered despite a ?10-year warranty.? Our refund request for the $1,600 we paid was denied, and we were told to stop contacting the company. We had to pay other professionals to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shamrock."
