"Tim and Clean Your Carpets was great. My wool carpet was dirty and smelled bad, due to pet accidents over the years. In spite of my steaming the carpet, using rug deodorizer, and and hiring professional in house cleaners, the odor still remained especially during humid and wet days. Tim brought my carpet to his location, processed it through a soak to remove animal residue, repaired a section where the backing was worn and returned my carpet looking like new and smelling wonderful! We will either leave the invoice at your door or mail it to you and you can mail a check to us at your convenience.We are also offering yearly service contracts for spring and fall cleanings. We also offer a variety of other services relating to gutter cleaning and minor repair example..roof and valley clean off, tree trimming, downspout strainer installation, resetting of gutters,and minor repair.

"Firstly, the crew arrived with a ladder and leaf blower. I assumed they would have the necessary tools to ensure a thorough and clean job as their website shows a very different approach but it became apparent that they were ill-prepared for the task at hand. As they proceeded to clean the gutters, the leaf blower was their tool of choice. Instead of efficiently removing debris from the gutters, the leaf blower sent a array of gutter remnants flying everywhere. This resulted in a complete mess, with debris scattered all over the sides of my house and even onto my car. In the end, I had to spend additional time and effort cleaning up the mess left behind by Monroe Gutter Cleaning. This not only defeated the purpose of hiring professionals but also left me regretting my decision to choose their services. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice and perhaps look elsewhere for a gutter cleaning company that takes pride in their work and respects their clients' property."
