"The Arta Construction team was exceptional in terms of the quality of their work and the professionalism. I was always kept aware of what was going on during the remodeling and if I had any questions they were always available. I had a wonderful experience using this company and would recommend them to anyone I know. I intend to use them again in the near future for my basement remodel."

"I’m so pleased with the remodel of my powder room! Proper Contracting did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were timely, kept the workspace spotless, and kept me informed every step of the way so I could make important decisions about fixtures and placement. They were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was fair, and they seamlessly incorporated the materials and fixtures I had purchased separately. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Proper Contracting!"

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"The owner and his crew was professional and courteous and most of all very clean. Mr. Lionel took care of small projects such as replacing door hinges which was not on the list. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done at their house. Looking forward to hiring this company again to complete drywall in other rooms. Sign "Rosie""

"Inson worked with us on our home in the Hamptons and house in San Francisco. He brings an extraordinary combination of very high end style personalized for our tastes; access to special deals from the most elite and sought after designers; and a sense of working within the budget you have in mind. We were able to get museum quality pieces for both homes at unbelieveable discounts. Inson also continues to provide important follow up services as needed. For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf. He’s terrific."

"Domenick is a professional craftsman. He kept to a tight schedule, always showed up on time and did a great job. He gave us creative ideas that would work in our space. Domenick and his team were pleasant to work with. From the moment they entered our home they worked a full day and showed up everyday. Domenick enjoys and takes pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Our basement bathroom was transformed into an oasis with a spa feel. The main area in the basement and hallway leading to the basement was also transformed into a warm, welcoming living space. The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet). We have booked him for future projects. We highly recommend Domenick and his team."

"Excellent! Zach designed our extension and it was everything we could have hope for!"

"I couldnt be more thrilled with the recent flooring remodel in my bedroom! The transformation is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The new floors have completely elevated the space, making it feel both cozy and sophisticated. The craftsmanship is flawless, with every plank perfectly aligned and finished to perfection. Not only does the room look beautiful, but it feels warmer and more inviting. The entire experience, from selection to installation, was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to bring new life to their home through quality flooring. Truly a dream come true!"
