Precise Design

I am extremely pleased to make a positive recommendation for Precise Design. They were hired to remodel the bathroom in my Co-op. Now that the project is complete, I can honestly state that their professionalism and craftsmanship is beyond compare. Diego and Aldemar coordinated with me on a daily basis to ensure the project was moving along according to my specifications They fully cleaned the debris from the job site each day, minimizing the dust level in my home. They carefully supported the structure of bathroom walls and floor which I did not even expect. Their highly skilled workers were polite and respectful of my home. The craftsmanship of the tile work, plumbing, electrical and woodwork in the bathroom and adjacent hallway were beyond my expectations. Without question this is a 5 star recommendation.

The name says it all for this company! I’ve worked with this company a few times already because of how precise, organised and neat they are. Juan Diego and Al are the owners and they are both very easy to talk to and they listen to every concern and idea you have. They were able to spot a major leak for us that we had been dealing with for years. Not only did they repair it perfectly, they also put my furniture together at the end. It was so clean that I hardly needed to do much after they were done. I highly recommend them for any repair/construction needs.

I used Precise Design for my recent bathroom gut job renovation and am absolutely over the moon to have found them. I live in a historical 1936 Co-Op in Sunnyside and needed not only a complete gut job renovation, but required a circuit breaker to fuse box upgrade as well as little repairs throughout my apartment. Aldemar, Diego, Hugo and Fermin were my team - and ARE my team for any future work.  CUSTOMER SERVICE: They were ALWAYS 5 minutes early every single day - which frankly, amazed me given parking in Queens and my past renovation experiences. They kept in immediate touch with me during the process via phone or text if they had a question, but also email should our conversation require a longer answer. They were INCREDIBLY respectful on my space - treating it as their own as far as cleanliness, organization of materials and in making sure nothing was damaged in the process. They were aware of my budget, so when issues occurred (in a gut job of a 1936 untouched bathroom, I was surprised that there weren't actually MORE) we discussed solutions, cost, the process and time required - all factors affecting the progress of the renovation moving forward and how to keep the end result as close to on-budget as possible. Also absolutely delightful, friendly and polite guys! QUALITY OF WORK: They are perfectionists. Form and function were all considered. Not only did it have to function perfectly but I wanted it to be beautiful. Upon final inspection by the Co-Op, the board president asked for their information.  ISSUES AND TIME LINE: Truly and surprisingly, we had few. And none were because of Precise. Our start date was delayed a week due to Co-Op paperwork kickbacks and 4 days due to a boiler pipe replacement (Co-Op responsibility). The project took a month, which was within the initial ballpark of the 3.5 weeks estimation. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again as my first choice. Friendly, punctual, and excellent at what they do.

This is my contracting company for life! They did a gut renovation on my apartment and back yard in the West Village. My apartment and back yard look beautiful! They did everything kitchen, bathroom, flooring, tiles, cabinet, electrical, lighting, appliances, plumbing, paver stones, fence etc. Rarely do you meet contracting companies with such honesty, integrity, professionalism and an exceptional work ethic. Diego and Aldemar, the founders and owners, care. They are committed to the people and projects they take on. They work in a timely manner. I recommended them to my neighbor who was so grateful that she publicly gave her personal recommendation at our yearly building's Co-op meeting. Precise Design also renovated my Real Estate agent's sister's kitchen. The Super in my building has hired them and he has his pick of dozens of companies.
