"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. "The work that was done was exellent however -- I thoufght we were getting a writen quote by e-mail that didn't come through the start time kept getting delayed due to they were very busy. My drywall was a repair and a small job. When Andy was here he verbarly gave a price and said he probablywould do the job. His crew did the job ( very good work) and the bill was $50.00 more than we thought it would be. I am a falt for not getting a written price."
