Best window shutter pros near Barneveld, NY

"Quick and professional. Fixed the issue same day I had the problem"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

Hi my name is Mike if you are looking for quality work I’m your guy

After working with several contractors on smaller jobs and interviewing several others for my kitchen remodel, I went with Sergiy and his team. He worked with our design to demo, prep and finish a large kitchen for cabinet and appliance installation. I could not have expected a better job, or a nicer group of people into my house. Above all, he worked with me to ensure that everything was as planned, and not just to ?acceptable? standards, but to ?professional? standards. There is a difference.  He came in on budget, was very reasonable, and also took care of some nagging unrelated issues, like adjusting our patio doors (a lot cheaper than buying new ones) and replacing a window that I measured and bought myself for a fraction of what anyone else would charge.

The project included a complete demo, and removal of soffits including getting rid of a lot of wallpaper yet keeping the wallboard underneath perfect for painting, new exhaust, etc. They ensured everything was lined up, dimensionally accurate, plumb and square for my cabinet installer and appliances.

I am so happy that I did not have a condescending or patronizing contractor that was looking for anything to change our vision or add unnecessary work and then get out before anyone noticed.  I wanted to have more control than just pay $100K+ to one contractor and hope for the best. I split up design, cabinets and appliances. Many would not even consider anything that was not the entire job. Sergiy really worked with me, was sincere in making everything right, and the cost was super reasonable and spot on.  He is focused on the job, not on over selling. A very nice change, indeed.

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

"Jim did an amazing job! I was very impressed with his professionalism and I am in love with my new bathroom! :)"

"Don and his staff are amazing, actually designed my room the way i wanted it done with no hesitations."

"They were good. They were pretty fast and came on time. My overall experience with them has been good."

"Arrived right on time to my rental property, fixed what was wrong, noticed something I didn’t know was wrong and fixed it as part of the same service charge. I was very impressed. Allowed me to pay with an app because I was sick and couldn’t be there at that time, very accommodating, and would absolutely use again! Thank you!"

"Damien and his staff were highly professional and very knowledgeable. I was originally going to use a midrange latex paint that a certain *professional* store clerk recommended to me. I consulted with Damien about this, and he explained the benefits and drawbacks of latex vs acrylic and oil based exterior paints as well as the price-points that I would expect to pay for the project using them. After I informed him of my needs (the highest durability with a slight gloss to increase my homes curb appeal), he took the time to get price comparisons of the paint specs that I asked for. When we next spoke, he presented me with a number of options that none of the *professional* store clerks I had talked to were even aware of. I hired him, and he got the job done right on schedule and with high attention to detail. I highly recommend Sands and Sons for any project. The results exceeded my expectations AND I ended up paying less than I had budgeted based on other painting companies quotes. Now my house looks beautiful and rejuvenated and the market value has been reassessed at a 55% increase! I can not wait to hire them again to repaint the interior!!!"
