"I hired Batusha Corp for a garage project. They were one of many companies that I requested quotes. Vigan, the owner, came and reviewed the job with me. Unlike a few of the others, he listened to what I was asking to have done. He offered some good suggestions to resolve some issues, and did not pressure me in any way. Extremely professional. Though his price was a bit higher than some others that quoted the job, there were others that quoted higher. However, it was clear that he knew what the job would cost and charged fairly for it. I avoid those that lowball price, only to jack it up after work has started. I also avoid those who give an unreasonably high price because it shows they don't understand the job well enough. We discussed his process and deadlines. I like the fact that he also works on the projects and oversees his employees. I also like the fact that he doesn't over extend himself with too many jobs at once. This showed very clearly in the high quality of the work, attention to details, and completion within the time promised. During the work, unrelated plumbing issues occurred which Vigan brought to my attention.
