I hired Batusha Corp for a garage project. They were one of many companies that I requested quotes. Vigan, the owner, came and reviewed the job with me. Unlike a few of the others, he listened to what I was asking to have done. He offered some good suggestions to resolve some issues, and did not pressure me in any way. Extremely professional. Though his price was a bit higher than some others that quoted the job, there were others that quoted higher. However, it was clear that he knew what the job would cost and charged fairly for it. I avoid those that lowball price, only to jack it up after work has started. I also avoid those who give an unreasonably high price because it shows they don't understand the job well enough. We discussed his process and deadlines. I like the fact that he also works on the projects and oversees his employees. I also like the fact that he doesn't over extend himself with too many jobs at once. This showed very clearly in the high quality of the work, attention to details, and completion within the time promised. During the work, unrelated plumbing issues occurred which Vigan brought to my attention. These issues would have delayed the project, but Vigan offered to bring in his trusted plumber, who quickly resolved the issues allowing the rest of the work to proceed on schedule. There was an additional project that I wanted to do, but couldn't afford it at the time. Vigan worked with me to get that project done and to pay him the next month. I have finally found an honest, high quality, professional contractor who I will hire again for all my home construction projects! Thank you, Vigan!

Vigan is a great business ? guy . .He communicate about everything...He give you the best price, and He work with you on finding cheaper materials.. Great so pretty better theni expeted

It started with a deck remodel. The deck came out absolutely beautiful and was bought up to code. I love my bathroom and my kitchen. I would only say be specific about who will be responsible for clean up after demolishing (contractor or homeowner) as this will add to the cost of the project. Otherwise he did a great job, was extremely responsive. We spoke every single morning about the progress of the work, he arrived early, worked every day of the week and completed the work by my set deadline. I truly appreciated it all.

I am beyond delighted with Vigan and Batusha Corp. Vigan built a deck for my backyard and the work is incredible. Vigan’s price was fair, he did everything he said he would do and completed the project on time. Vigan and his crew was respectful and hard working. Batusha is now my go to for my construction projects.

It went very well

Mr Batusha scraped off all the paint and put joint compound. He came back the next day to prime and paint the ceiling. He was careful and used top quality product. His bid was higher than 2 other people I talked to but he seemed more careful and painstaking when I talked to him. That was true. He did an excellent job.

Vigan is very responsive. He will answer your calls and emails. He is friendly and professional. He was incredible to work with I could not be more impressed with the job they did. I would never consider another contractor.
