Right after engaging with them, I was invited to their office for a project review and received my estimate. KBR provided a fair and accurate quote, plus provided me with estimated materials costs which allowed me to properly budget for the project. Our interior designer, Shania Dias was by far the star of the show. She helped me pick out the perfect materials and then worked to design an amazing kitchen and expansion that ably took into consideration some of the unique architectural quirks in my apartment. During the course of the renovation, she regularly stopped in to check on the progress of the work and made sure to answer any questions promptly. Honestly, she was the best part of the entire process. Our project manager, Will Carrillo, was also very organized and worked directly with our building and superintendent to make sure construction could proceed on time. We had some communication bumps in the road but overall he proved himself to be a solid partner. Will also made sure that when some of the subcontract work was not completed to specifications, that it was corrected promptly. The final product ended up being exactly what I wanted and I would highly recommend KBR for your next renovation!"
