Block Renovation

Block completely remodeled the bathroom in NY condo. The star of the show is what used to be a dingy old tub is now a beautiful, modern, walk in shower! The whole project start to finish took 3 and a half weeks and I couldnâ t be happier with the result.

Block helped us tackle our bathroom renovation from start to finish. Our biggest hurdle was the co-op management and board approval process. Block did amazing work to get us an approved contractor, provide the required submittals and revise for the building architect comments. We also enjoyed the design process and getting to see renderings of the potential designs. Working with Block also made procurement easy, and removed that burden from our shoulders. Almost every product we selected was in stock and ready to go.

Block made this process very simple (or as simple as it can be), and we are really happy with the design assistance we got, as well as them walking us through the design phase, procurement, board package, etc. Would definitely use again!

It is a very easy process. Block takes care of everthing. The contractor was amazing. The catalog of fixtures was good. The designer was great. t made the process of remodeling our bathroom painless. We didn't have to spend too much time worring about the project. Would recommend them and use them again.

The designer was particularly helpful in bringing our whole vision together and making good / thoughtful suggestions. Once construction was underway, the contractor was excellent in working with us to accomplish a somewhat accelerated timeline given our baby on the way. They were very attentive to detail throughout and kept us informed with regular updates and pictures along the way, which we really appreciated. Very solid craftsmanship and we’re really pleased with the final result. While there were a few hiccups with securing some key materials on time, it was a very good experience overall. Recommend.
