"Front Door re-stain to correct a previous poor installation. Overall poor quality, changed agreement at the completion of the job seeking more money that wasn't agreed when I accepted his offer. I did pay him full price and the additional money he asked for. However, the quality of work is very poor and will not recommend. Estimated time was 2 days, it took a full week, and I had to help him remove the door and rehang door and install\remove hardware, along with providing tools. He did not clean up at completion and I just wanted him off my property. I will now redo the entire job myself unfortunately and just consider this a lesson learned to do the job myself in the future. Arrived late the first day, then didn't show the next day, arrived late the next day and worked maybe 2 hours total, but he spent at least 2 hours on his mobile when he could have been working."

HISTORY: HISTORY: HISTORY: HISTORY: Brian Mick began cleaning windows in 1990, a few years before becoming a full time credentialed teacher (Fourth Grade and 7th / 8th Grade Math and PE) in the Washoe County School District. As his family grew and his passion for teaching grew, he was delighted to be able to support his "habit" (of teaching) by serving clients with his window cleaning skills. When Stefanie (Brian's lovely bride) and He made the decision to live on one income, Brian was able to work after school and on Saturdays during the school year. During "holidays" and summer "vacations" he was able to work full time. As their family grew to a total of three children (Timothy, Brianna and Naomi) it was becoming apparent that something would have to give. It was with much sadness in one sense that Brian left his Teaching Vocation in the public school to focus his attention more fully on his family and on the full time work of managing the growing operations of A Plus Window Cleaning, Inc. As the business grew Brian was impressed with how important it was to focus on client priorities which include Safety, Security, and Serenity. Safety = each client, family member, associate is kept safe because of their high regard for human life. A Plus Associates also takes much care as they move ladders and equipment while performing tasks and therefore leave your property, furniture, landscape etc in the same or better condition than they find it. Security = there is NO way Stefanie or Brian will let someone work on your property unless they completely trust them. Note from the Micks: "The people that work with us, if not a brother or sister or son or daughter are as close as one can get. And not just any brother or sister, but dear friends as well."
