"I contacted Greg A. Bailor Drywall & Painting in September 2014 for interior texture and paint for a residential property built in 1911. When I called I was able to speak directly to the owner, Greg Bailor.  I explained that I was managing the renovation of the residence from Virginia, 2500 miles away. We discussed my needs at length and he scheduled a date the following week for a complete walkthrough of the house including the basement. He emailed a detailed estimate two days later.  That I was not able to be on site to see the progress would be a challenge, but he said it would be no problem and we both agreed good communication would be the key. His team started work three days later.
Over the next two weeks Greg and I were in contact almost everyday. He was great about keeping me updated on the progress of his team.  He and I also had many consults about the color scheme and texture for the interior of the house. In February 2015 I contact Greg Bailor again to complete the final touch ups after the installation of new doors, a new kitchen and a new bath. He began work two weeks later and had the project finished in two days. Touch ups took a bit longer because the baseboards needed to be primed and repainted due to overspray of tung oil application by the hardwood floor refinishers.
