It was a pleasure to work with Rosalia and Adan. They were professional and organized. My home exterior looks beautiful and the price was reasonable. They finished my 3200 sq ft home in two days. I highly recommend this company. I was referred by a neighbor that was also pleased with them.

Rosalia was great. Very communicative and friendly. She remembered that I needed the painting done sooner than I was on the schedule for and managed to get me moved up and the house done a week sooner than originally scheduled. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, stayed to task and did a great job repairing the stucco, matching the color I wanted, and power washing. They did not leave a mess when they were done each day or at the end of the job. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars and only gave 4.5 is because , we are not smokers and one of the workers was and left cigarette butts all over but, for this level of service and the price, I would and do recommend them to anyone that needs their house painted. Very Professional and friendly. Thank you H.I. P!! Don't forget to tip them!! they deserve it!!

The guys were quick and efficient especially considering the prep work they had to do. I got a lot of things out of their way, but there were other belongings that needed to be moved and I expected that those things would have been returned to their places. Any little problem I had was handled satisfactorily. I'm very pleased with the job they did and I'll call them when the inside needs painting.

Home Innovative Painting is an outstanding company that greatly all exceeded expectations, They've performed three jobs on my home: exterior painting, kitchen cabinet re-painting and other interior painting. Painting the exterior of my house, which is located on the edge of the Sierras, was a mountaineering project and they pulled it off on schedule and without a hitch. I thought I would have to have the kitchen cabinets refaced but they were able to repaint them to perfection at a much lower cost. Customer service is excellent and Rosalia and Adan are friendly, courteous and highly professional. I could not recommend them more highly! Bien hecho!

I am extremely satisfied with the job that Home Innovations did on my house. They were always prompt and came when they said they would. A whole day was spent on prep work covering every nail head and joint. Besides painting the whole house, they refinished my front door and side lights. After the front door and sidelights were refinished with stain, I decided that I would prefer paint instead of stain. Jesus spent 10 hours sanding the area down to bare wood, applying primer and two coats of urethane enamel at no extra charge. This was all down after I had paid for the job. The house and door look beautiful, better than when new. As I told Rosalia, they can give my name and number to anyone, and I would be happy to talk to them and answer any questions they might have

Rosalia was extremely helpful and professional in scheduling our painting job. Adan, came to give the quote and then with Armando did the interior painting, including ceilings and closet. They did an amazing job, so thorough and quick, giving touch ups to things which I had not even pointed out. Will definitely hire them again and recommend to friends.

Home Innovative Painting did an absolutely wonderful job on painting the interior of our new house. Working the details out prior with several changes on my part was done with professionalism and prompt responses. We have very high ceiling and it was many colors, but it came out beautifully! From start to finish they were excellent in communicating and follow through. The men were polite, friendly, and so accommodating. We left them the key and they handled everything perfectly! We are so thrilled. We used their family related company 11 years ago, but now that Home Innovative has this area we are just as thrilled. Thank you!!

Adan has painted our house twice. He did such a good job first time we returned when our house needed to be painted again. His crew is professional, does a great job repairing the stucco and woodwork, and pays a lot of attention to the facias. Adan's and Rosalia's communication with us was great! Our neighbors have commented on how good it looks and how quickly they finished the job.

I have now used Home Innovative Painting twice on two different homes. This first time was an exterior paint job which turned out amazing. They fixed the stucco as well as any split wood and sealed all of the cracks and gaps before they got started. They use only the finest SW paint, but and it shows with the finished product. It has been a few years since that job and it looks like it was done yesterday.. we recently purchased a new home and without hesitation decided to use them again, but this time for the interior. We had them paint the entire inside walls and trim. Adan and the crew arrived on times and got started right away. They meticulously prepped the whole house covering all the floor and cabinetry. As well as taping off any necessary areas. Once again they used premium SW paint along with multiple coats. The finished product looks amazing. I have referred a couple friends who have used their services and got the same excellent results . Rosalia is the main point of contact with scheduling and sending any necessary documents. She is super helpful and very accommodating when it comes to unexpected scheduling changes. I would highly recommend Home Innovative painting for any of your painting needs!

WOW! I'm old enough to remember when vendors provided this type of service in the past. Adan is wonderful to work with; his crew takes his instructions well, and they work very hard, whether or not he is present on the job. He checks in on them more than once a day. We had the entire exterior of our house painted and they wasted no time. And we felt we received high quality for the best price around.

Highest Recommendation possible! Adan and his crew are incredibly professional and meticulous, including offering to come back if any imperfections are found after the job is done! My job included drywall patching/finishing in the kitchen, sanding and painting all the trim and doors on the interior of the house, as well as painting the walls and ceilings. They were on-time each day they were at the house, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and ensured I was happy with the job. I will be hiring them again when I need my exterior painted and recommend them to anyone looking for painting services!

I highly recommend Home Innovative Painting for multiple jobs. We just moved to Reno, purchased a home and needed several jobs done, including kitchen cabinet painting, master bedroom / bathroom painting , and work to remove horrible faux to an entry way and columns. The totality of work was a lot, but Adon Hernandez and his crew came out and completed it all within a week's time and did an INCREDIBLE job on ALL of it. Their work transformed our new home. The level of communication, professionalism and integrity was outstanding. And, after the job was done, clean up left our home spotless. I already have our next project planned and will contract with them for all our painting needs (Adon even helped with some handyman work that we needed). This was probably the best money I've ever spent as this company did an impeccable job of staining my fence. Antonio came out one day to do a great power wash and moved the soil away from the bottom of the fence. Armando then came out a week later to do the staining. He was the hardest working most meticulous person I've ever witnessed perform a task to perfection. They were the lowest bid I received out of four which also included brush cleaning right before staining, rolling after staining with touch ups after the second coat. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and I'm certain you will be too.

I needed the exterior trim of a house and the garage side door repainted. I began with a list of a dozen and a half presumably promising contractors. With research (including reading job performance reviews), I winnowed the list to three contractors. I met with each, and it became immediately clear that my best choice was Innovative Home Painting, owned by Adan J. and Rosalia Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez was very knowledgeable, made some excellent suggestions for an improved result, and tendered a competitively priced proposal that I was happy to accept. Mrs. Hernandez was always on top of everything, advising me of dates, start times, etc. The overall operation was remarkable efficient and well run from beginning to end. Additionally, Mrs. Hernandez saw my choice of sheen (flat) and graciously rang me to explain exactly why another choice (semi-gloss) would be so much better and longer lasting for my particular situation. I looked up the information online, and Mrs. Hernandez was 100% correct and saved me from making a serious mistake in my choice of sheen. Even though the semi-gloss would cost more, the price for the job was not increased. Mr. Hernandez and his crew arrived exactly as promised, at 8 a.m. on a Monday, and they worked every day until finishing the job the following Wednesday morning. I inspected all the work (and I do have some experience in these matters as I have repainted my widowed mother s home), and it was absolutely first-rate. In fact, the work was better than first-rate. There were a few things (garage doors and their frames) I had omitted from my list of what to paint because I believed they would hold up for another few years. However, as it happened, I returned to the property to discover that they had been painted (even though they were not listed on my contract). How is that for building goodwill? In conclusion, I give Innovative Home Painting, a grade of A+ for the quality of its work and the fairness or competitiveness of its pricing. I am not an easy to please man, but I recommend this painting service without reservation.

i can't say enough about the incredible job they did painting my two story home. I am typically very particular about how i review performance and unfortunately the max star rating is 5..Easily worth a 10. I have already recommended them to a couple colleagues at work.

October 18, 2018, I am so happy to write this review for Home Innovative Painting. We obtained a referral from my brother in law, we witnessed the painting of his home and the painters did a fantastic job. We hired them to paint the exterior of our home and detached garage. Our home has a very high roof line is spots and a porch all the way around, which required a great deal of taping and drop cloths. The painters caulked all cracks between the siding, on wood posts and between trim boards. They removed the downspouts from the rain gutters in order to paint the trim appropriately, they also removed the front porch light (which gave me a chance to thoroughly clean it). I have never witnessed a more meticulous, careful and professional group. They went around the house and garage NUMEROUS (too many to count) times touching up anything that didn't look perfect. The painting is excellent, we could not find one flaw. They replaced the downspouts and reinstalled the porch light. They left a clean work space everyday and their final clean up was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks and even those who don't! I wish I could give them 10 stars because they are that good. Thank you Home Innovative Painting, LLC, for making our home and garage look better than new.

August 31, 2018 // I just had the exterior of my house painted by Home Innovative Painting, LLC. I am totally satisfied with the job this group did. There are many reasons for my satisfaction and I would like to list the most important. First, the exterior of the house is a stucco which has a rough, erratic texture to it making it possible to miss some coverage. The crew of Home Innovative Painting did a complete inspection of the finished house and I personally inspected the house as well. There were no misses. Second, both the house and, especially the trim, had nicks, gouges and patches of fresh stucco. In all instances, these were prepped for painting insuring uniform coverage. The house was last painted in 1998 and was in very rough condition. Third, the clean-up was complete and thorough and I was encouraged to inspect the house and the yard to insure there were no missed patches. I did the inspection and found no need for touch-ups. This was exceptional because painting, especially with an air-gun, has the potential to create some damage to the yard. It did not happen on this job.

They were great with working with my budget and did quality work quickly.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will listen! They did exactly what they said they would - showed up on scheduled times and provided quality work. Getting a house painted is not a fun way to spend money but a really needed service, and they made the result a happy experience! Nails were hammered back in, areas are clean and the results are wonderful. They even took down a satellite dish we needed removed. Very highly recommend.
