It was great, good communication, great product

Con artists. They lied about the effectiveness to scam us out of nearly 30k. Said it would block out 95% of sound and could block out an airport noise. Can’t even block a moderately busy street. Also the measurements of the windows were wildly off what we provided, despite being told we should be within an sixteenth of an inch. They should be prosecuted for this degree of fraud.

$6,000 for 5 windows, $2,500 for installation cost. Charged me $200 extra for shipping when I already paid in full citing gas prices went up with no notice or permission to recharge the card. Almost no noise reduction. The windows are poorly made, you will never be able to open them. The pane that opens and closes is literally held together my a tension cable. The contractor supposedly measured everything correctly and installed correctly yet one of the window panes just fell out a month after installation and crashed to the ground. I started checking all the windows and there are gaps along the edges where it meets the frame of existing window. Contractor came back out to replace the window that fell out and was supposed to fix gaps. Still there. Emailed pictures and back and forth for weeks only to get a response that the gaps are supposed to be there, but now moisture is trapped between the soundproof window and existing window every time it rains. I don't even know how you can say gaps are supposed to be there when soundproofing requires you to eliminate areas where sound can travel through. I got a second opinion and was told this could eventually lead to mold and mildew problems. Their management team was supposed to get involved, but not a word from them , so eventually had to file a complaint with my credit card company.

The work went well. It took about one hour and a half to install. The noise level is down to 85-90% Windows cost 1,700 and installation cost 500 dollars. It does work.

They custom make the windows and Fed-Ex them to you. We installed them ourselves to save money. Once we put them in, we couldn't hear outside noise anymore. It made a world of difference. I think it has also helped insulate my home a little. For the cost, I think it would have been twice as much to have the windows replaced.
