Good job. Very professional.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars in the service and value is due to the fact that, although original pipe and wire was good and could be reused, the final cost was $800.00 over original estimate. Installer neglected to add labor costs. Get estimates in writing. That being said the installation was painless and installer was friendly and professional.

Very prompt, kept us well informed about the repair to our well. Exquisite service considering weekend repair as we had no water. Technician Jordan did an excellent job and displayed excellent people skills, explaining everything. We feel fortunate to have found this site and recommend Double R Water Well Services to those in need.

They were very prompt to arrive, very thorough, and kept us informed about what they were doing, why, and how much it would cost. When we actually got the invoice, it was below the estimated cost.

This outfit made me feel like I was important. Several times over the last few years I have required the services of contractors and every time it was like they were doing me a favor by letting me do business with them and in one case it was a two week wait to get a service person to even come and see my problem. Double R well service got back to me within an hour of my posting my need for their services. And, WOW, they were here the next day! Unbelievable. They give a two year warranty on their service and that is not just lip service. I had a very minor problem with their work and they came right back out and fixed it. If I need any future well or waterline service I will use this outfit. The service men were knowledgeable, affable, diligent and thorough. Great company and great service!!

Chris and Cameron were outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. They took as much time as needed to answer all my questions and explain everything they were doing. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to others. They do great work.

Chris was efficient, competent, and professional on a Sunday evening.

Double R team - They came out, estimated job (replace pressure water tank/plumbing lines), gave start date (it was a Friday afternoon to inspect and they started job Monday). The job took about 8 hours to complete (1 1/2 days), quality work, quality part replacements, and great communications. The only thing to note that original estimate was based on approximate cost, but actual cost was a bit more. They did give an adjustment. I would highly recommend this company. Value for the money, the family business team are energetic; they are great knowing what they can do, and stand by their work. They try to stay within the budget but many times parts for specific needs can add up. We would use them again.

Chris was knowledgable, very willing to share his knowledge, friendly, not in a hurry, went way beyond what I expected, and to top it off, he didn't charge anything because he said it was just an inspection. He didn't actually do any repairs but he answered a lot of questions, physically inspected the well, measured its depth, and examined my holding tank. I will have him do some of the recommended repairs/ modifications.

I am impressed with Chris's knowledge of well construction and maintenance. He fixed my well and now I have continual use of water without worry that there will be another problem. He has my trust.

The individuals were very professional.

He really cares and wants to do it right or best way. Very nice younger man. Knows his stuff. He will be getting Calif papers soon to work there which we are waiting for.

Chris is a great guy. He showed up when he said he would. He did research about my well prior to coming. He had quite a few obstacles to overcome to get the pump up and running. I am already planning for a further system upgrade in the fall.
