Ron is a master deck builder with years of experience, and it shows. his crew is also very experienced and easy to have at your house- they respect you and your space-great guys. Ron's pricing is fair and reasonable, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being ripped off. I will hire Ron and company for my next project, large or small, not even going to take any bids besides his.

I am thrilled with the quality of work that was done in my remodel. Scott was very responsive and the sub contractors did a wonderful job. Only issue was delay in painting while trying to schedule painter because they were so busy. It delayed some of the project. America's Best Patio RoomsWE WERE VERY PLEASED IN WORKING WITH PAUL CAULEY. HE WAS ABLE TO CREATE A SUNROOM THAT MET OUR IDEAS. HIS CREW WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RIGHT ON SCHEDULE WITH THE ORIGINAL DATE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US. THE SUNROOM LOOKS WONDERFUL! THE STAIRS FROM THE SUNROOM TO THE PATIO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, DUE TO A DESIGN ISSUE, AND PAUL CAULEY WAS REASONABLE IN HIS BID TO DO THE STAIRS WITH A SYNTHETIC MATERIAL AND ALSO TO DO THE RAILING. Reno Patio & FireplacesThe installation occurred very soon after our initial purchase. A week earlier than their original estimate. Reno Patio and Fireplaces took care of all City of Reno permitting and inspection which was included in their price. The crew was very friendly and informative during the sunshade installation. They came prepared and never asked to use the bathroom or for a drink of water. They made ever effort to respect our privacy and made sure we knew when it was safe to let our dogs out. Our sunshade looks as though it was an original part of the house (we have a newer home that was recently painted). They had a full array of metal colors to choose from and the one we picked for the columns and trim almost exactly matched our house color. The electrician they recommended, Clay McKinney, owner of "The Power Company" did a beautiful job installing 15 LED lights in the sunshade so we now have warm, even lighting all across our patio. We would definitely recommend Reno Patio and Fireplaces to our friends and family.- Brad S.

Reno Sunrooms IncI was kept informed of progress all along the way. After the permit was obtained , Kevin contacted me and introduced himself as the construction supervisor. He explained that the parts for the project we ordered and their approximate arrival and start date. A week later I received a call from Kevin arranging for his crew to come in and saw cut the concrete patio to dig out and install the footings for the posts. Everything progressed smoothly from the footings to the finish including the electrician, the rain gutter installer, and the installation of the patio cover by his crew. Alias and Bryson, the 2 crew members who were on my site every work day, were perfectionists, open to ideas and small changes and hard workers. From my original meeting with their idea and product advise rep all the way through to the final sign off of the permit and completion of the project I was kept informed of what they were doing and what they were going to do. The work was excellent and of a quality that is rarely seen these days. The primary Contractor (Reno Sunrooms) and their subcontractors were all happy, helpful, and determined to give me exactly what I wanted, and they were on time, neat, and clean. I would strongly recommend Reno Sunrooms to anyone who is looking for a quality patio cover or sunroom. I plan on using them again in the near future to add a 10'-12' deep by 44' long lattice cover which will tie in to the solid patio cover and shade the remainder of the back of my house and my patio.- Michael L.
