"Sorry, you feel this way [Member Name Removed] It's obvious there was a communication error. I called you asap and tried to get it solved, but you were having none of it. So you came here first, I'll explain here as well. First off we NEVER do bids on Mondays and we NEVER start our estimators until 900 am on any day. Your estimate was set for Tuesday morning at 9.00 am not Monday at 8 am. We called and left a message on 4/23 @400pm requesting a confirmation return call for the scheduled time and had never received that call. You would have received another confirmation call on Monday to make sure we were congruent with the time set on our calendars before we wasted our time traveling 45 minutes as well. We are sorry this happened and we wish you luck going forward. FYI, The average cost of a two-car garage floor with all options accepted would be $2300+- depending on the actual size and condition of the floor and decorative style of floor chosen."

We are terribly sorry that you felt you had to do this on Angie's list instead of calling us to check if there might have been a problem. They did an awesome job. The two guys that were here were very professional. They kept everything neat and clean. They came when they said they were coming. They finished when they said they would finish. Everything went perfectly. The quality was excellent.
"Good Day [member name removed] Sorry you feel the way you do, and sorry my staff was doing their job above and beyond. Our office manager came into the shop on a Sunday to do a few things and you had left a message about wanting a job done and had to have an estimate on Monday. She called to start the process and you then proceeded to get rude with her about dinnertime. Please explain to me what exactly is dinner time any more, with all the calls we receive each day in our homes I would think it would be good to talk to someone live instead of a recording or better yet get a hung up on, like you did to her… The reason good and real business asks questions are to find out about your job so they can serve you better as customer. When you tell a company that you are going to get 5-6 estimates and that price is the main driving force in your buying decision, do you think they should still come out and give you an estimate? Knowing that they will not be the cheapest company you find, they would be wasting your time and theirs and “in this economy” as you put it, and that would not be that smart now would it. It takes about an hour and a half to do a proper estimate, to inspect and gather all the information needed to do this one part of a job that the company may not get. Would you rather have a company come out scribble something on a piece of paper that you may not understand until it’s too late and you’ve lost all your hard earned dollars on a job that may or may not last but a couple of years. Understanding the difference between “Value and Price” might help you find the right contractor’s at a “Fair Price”. “I have already complained to numerous people about the rude phone call I received from Mastercraft”. Lisa is the kindest most caring person walking this planet and was trying to help you first on a Sunday, her day off, and then the next day. Now this, you type something on a website to try to destroy a person’s feelings or the business they work at. At Mastercraft, we feel you owe her an apology for your rude behavior. You do not stay in business for 25 years by being rude to people. We hope you can have an awesome day and not be so put out by a company doing their jobs as best as possible to serve the community’s around them."
"Well after seeing this review, we did some research. First off, this happened just short of two years ago and you are now just posting a review, wouldn’t you think it’s a little late to complain about anything? In our research, we have found no record of anyone calling our business with the last name from Fernley. We have not worked for you, ever given you a quote/estimate, “graced you with our presence”, your name is not set up in our database, our accounting software, or in our phone logs. We keep records of every call that comes to our office, because customers are the lifeblood of our business, and without customers, there is no business. Now we have people call from Fernley from time to time, and our suggestion to them is to find a local contractor to look at their project and save them some money, as our drive time will add to the cost of the project and may not be beneficial to them for us to travel so far. With over 1500 residential and commercial customers and a 99.8% satisfaction rating, you can see, we have not mastered walking on water but if this is what you call being “rude and not customer oriented” we will take it. We certainly hope that you have accomplished your goals in your new home. We wish you luck with you future endeavors. Have an awesome day."
Did a great job. His crew was great and very professional. Had a bit of a rocky start with getting an estimate and a start date but everything turned out well.
"Glad you like the floor. It will prove to be very durable for many years. The cabinets were labeled to match the shelves and not in order along the wall. As explained to your agent we would move shelves and cabinets out of the garage and move them back in the garage so new shims and alignment could be taken care of by yourself or others. Side Note: While removing the cabinets, so many of them came apart due to the numerous times of being wet and just bad design. We had to re-nail “reset” most just to move them. Sorry for the extra work you did to re-anchor the cabinets but that was the agreed upon terms. If there is anything we can do to help, please call. Sincerely, Mastercraft Painting"
The job was completed in the time we were quoted. The two painters were polite and friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain different things to us as they went along. We definitely will hire Mastercraft Painting in the future for any painting job we need to have done. We wanted to hire a company that was well-recommended, this one was, and we are pleased with them.
I stopped them before the job was finished and hired another contractor to install the kitchen drywall and texture it. The replacement contractor was excellent quality and half the price.
The guys that showed up to do the work were very nice, but they lacked both management and the ability to deliver quality work.

Mastercraft Painting -- what a professional company! We are 100% satisfied with the excellent quality of work. Kyle and Chris were not only the hardest workers we have seen, but were also courteous, on-time every day, and took pride in their workmanship. We would not hesitate to absolutely recommend this outstanding company for all your painting needs. It is just too bad they don't pave driveways, repair roofs, and do landscaping!
