I went through 5 other landscaping companies who could either not return phone calls, keep appointments, provide an estimate, or were simply not interested in doing xeriscape. Douglas responded the same day to my initial request for the project. Throughout the design and installation phases, he maintained communication and gave advance notice if there was a scheduling change or material substitute needed. After an initial in person consultation where he walked the property, he provided computer designed 3D models of his proposed landscape for our home. The models and overall design for the landscaping was outstanding. Once the design was approved, Douglas and On Deck Fence and Landscaping provided an estimate and timetable for the project. The project was completed within a week and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and kept the work area clean and orderly while the project was going. I am completely satisfied with the work and service provided by On Deck. Douglas is a true professional and made the front of our home beautiful. Highly recommended!"

"The company did what they specified in the contract arrived when they said they would, cleaned up each day after working for that day, finished the staining of my deck and shade covering faster than I anticipated. They pointed out that some mildew that had been left under the old coat of stain could not be cleaned by power washing (with cleaner or bleach) from the prior contractor and needed to be sanded to be removed (it would have shown threw the new stain, it cost more time and labor to remove the mildew but I was willing to pay the extra cost and appreciated that they pointed in out, the finished work looks better for doing it right the first time."
