"This work was a request for my elderly mother's plumbing issue and was completed by Josh. The cost seemed a little pricey, and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of my mother because she is elderly. But they emailed an invoice with a breakdown of parts used, work completed, and labor costs. It still seems a little high, but at least now I understand why. Otherwise, Josh did a fantastic job, was very professional, and took pictures of the work completed. My mother was extremely satisfied with her new pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. Josh arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time. From reading some of the other reviews, I would use Vegas Valley Plumbing again, but I would only request Josh to do the work. "Let’s just say he was drinking doing the project and he called people to my home without my permission. I paid him a great amount and he even try to get more from me after we had discussed the pricing already multiple times.They even hit the pvc pipe in restroom that goes to furnace and cause a leak. He did a horrible job at floor leveling even after coming back the job was still not done correctly advise and he came and seen what need to be done the day before.He laugh we I told him that he made errors and did a horrible job as if it was a joke"
