"We had an RO system that we bought from Costco. I called the company to ask where we could get a new RO faucet as I thought it was corroded. They recommended Las Vegas Quality Water works and I checked to make sure they were listed on Angie's List which they were. I called them and spoke to Steve, the owner who told me to bring samples of water from the RO system and from one of the bathrooms. He tested them and the RO system was fine but the one from the bathroom which uses our water softener was horrible. Andy, the supervisor came out the next day to try to fix the water softener. We decided that rather than fix it, to replace it with a new two piece model. The price was a bit high but when we saw the Made in America label and flag affixed to the unit, it was worth it. Besides both Steve and Andy were professional, pleasant and specialists in water systems. The unit comes with a five year warranty from them for part and labor. We would certainly use them again."

"Mike said he would be here between 10 am -12pm, and he was. He first check to see if the draining tubing was clogged, which it was not. He was able to remove the dishwasher from under the counter which is not an easy thing to do. He ran the dishwasher and could tell the motor was not working so he disconnected the motor and found a white chip was occluding the motor. He removed it. Testing it again and the dishwasher was working. He put the dishwasher back and everything was good. We would have him come back if we have any other appliance problem. He was very nice and extremely competent. We could also not believe how reasonable the price was. We would highly recommend him."
