We believe in 100% complete customer care, we don't service you like we are servicing a washer not a person. Buy/Low Appliance buys, sells, and services all makes and models of washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges.
"I bought stackable . When they delivery the unit disnt work . So their tech tried to fix it bit He cant so He need bring back to their location . When the tech took the unit out ripped 4 tiles . Our apt is brand new done , and we moved 1 week after so we called . John never answer . And we want our tiles get fixed . Sylvia the owner said the ripped been months . And we said how come , the apt just brand new . So she came to my store bought food and I asked her to fix it and she was so mad . Drove off and yelled **** you **** you . And they didnt answer the phone . Only comunicate by text which is very frustated . Very not profesional . I regret it bought from them"
