Abraham was able to fix it and also do maintenance on the refrigerator.

Abraham was the serviceman that arrived and he took a look at our refrigerator by opening the back and said that it was probably the compressor that was making the noise and it would be more cost effective to buy a new refrigerator then spend the amount of money necessary to do the necessary repairs. He spent time with us explaining the problem and when done the cost was only a service charge of $39.95. Whatever he did, however, eliminated the noise and it had been gone since he left. We were delighted with his professional work and we would certainly call him again if appliance repairs were necessary.

I highly recommend Abraham and I most certainly will use him again if needed. He is very knowledgeable. After waiting for more than three weeks for Sears to fix my refrigerator I decided to call 911-Appliance. I called in the morning on a Saturday and he came right over within 30 minutes to check my problem. He had my refrigerator fixed that same day.

Abraham was wonderful! He diagnosed that the compressor was gone and told me that it should be under warranty as it was only 6 yrs. old. He walked me thru what I had to do to contact the company. When the 1st replacement parts arrived he was here w/them to install them. He replaced the compressor but the computer board did not work so we had to call the company again and request another computer board. When that part come in he was here right away to replace it again. This time it worked! He was wonderful. He came 3 times to my home and stayed to be sure everything was in working order. Abraham was prompt, polite and informative. He thoughtfully evaluated our refrigerator and outlined what our options would be, including the prices. We decided to have him attempt the repair, which he was able to do successfully and rather quickly. He was also very respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself. We were very happy with his service and will certainly call 911 Appliance Repair if the need arises in the future.

I highly recommend 911 Appliance Repair. Two days before Thanksgiving our gas oven stopped heating. They got here fast. Had the part and had us up a running in less than an hour after they got here. And the charge for parts and labor was very reasonable. In fact I was shocked how reasonable it was. The technician did an outstanding job! I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic. Abraham (owner of the company) came out as scheduled to give us an estimate. He is extremely experienced and was able to quickly give us a preliminary assessment of what he thought the problem could be and depending on a few factors, how much the repair would cost. He even offered advice on how we might be able to do some of it ourselves to save money if we wanted (cleaning out compressor coils in back etc) and gave us different options. We felt that he was very honest and saved us a lot of money by offering us solutions for sealing the part where water was leaking (in a very robust way so it will last many years) rather than just ordering new parts. I actually know that his prices for the work he did were very good because I researched this and also helped my Mom get a very similar problem with her fridge fixed recently (in another state). The whole experience far exceeded our expectations - we think Abraham is outstanding and runs his company with great integrity - he is someone who has really earned our trust! We plan to call his company for all of our future appliance repairs! He was also just a very nice person and it was a pleasure to get to know him.

Refrigerator and freezer stopped working. 9-1-1 rep showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and predicted a two day wait for parts, The defroster has stopped working and the coils were completely blocked with ice. But he found a part from another company that met specifications and fixed the problem the second day. Cost was much less than I expected. Overall superb service.

Called for washing machine repair. They were able to send technician out the next day. He called half hour before arrival, came within the scheduled 2 hour time frame. Diagnosed the problem quickly, the door latch needed to be replaced for a Kenmore washing machine (less than 3 years old). He ordered the necessary part. He expected the part to be in the next day and scheduled to install the following day. However, the part did not arrive in time the next day and we had to schedule for another day. He came back, installed the part in 10 minutes and the washing machine was working again. Olimpia at the office was great to work with and very understanding. She also followed up and resolved a concern of ours. Thank you Olimpia.

He was able to come out the day after I called. He called when he was on his way. Took the dryer apart and discovered the pulley assembly was defective. Did not have the exact part in his truck so left to get. He came back at the time he said he would on the same day. Repaired and lubricated the bearings and cleaned out the dust from the dryer. Repaired the front gasket which needed to be glued back into place. The dryer is working fine and very quiet so repair worked!

Found out refrigerator was unrepairable

Fine, for all went well. Part was ordered and installed.

They did a great job. I was able to schedule a next day appointment, tech. showed up at the end of the time window. He did in 15 minutes what would have taken us at least an hour. Price was very reasonable.

After 3 visits, including replacement of computer and thermocouple, the final diagnosis determined it was infeasible to repair the refrigerator due to a Freon leak. One visit was over the Thanksgiving weekend. 9-1-1 cheerfully refunded half of the total repair cost, which seemed extremely fair to me.

Abraham came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the new circuit board and promptly replaced. We now refer to Abraham as "The refrigerator whisperer."

Fine. Work done on time

Technician said the electrical outlet on the wall was defective and we ran an electrical cord to another outlet and he said call an electrician.

Called on Friday morning (today) and got an appointment for Saturday. Then got a call at noon asking if the tech could come out between 1pm and 3pm. Said yes of course and Abraham arrived around 2pm. After hearing what I had done saw that the condenser coil in the freezer section was iced up. I told him I could do that, so he explained what to look for afterwards and just charged the visit fee. He also listened to a problem we're having with our oven but said a different tech covers that. Still, he offered a few suggestions and I'll follow up with that later. And if necessary with the freezer. So far it is cooling down nicely after I finished the deicing. FYI, this required emptying the freezer so it was also a rare opportunity to give it a good cleaning!
