"I really like the way they work. Very professional, from start to finish. First, Batak came and game me an estimate which very competitive compared to 2 other quotes that I received. He gave me a detailed list of what needs to be done based on what I requested and added his ideas which were amazing. Very innovative. Work started as scheduled, on time and I what I like most, is that they left bathroom clean every day when they finish the work day. My bathroom looks beautiful and modern and I love it. There's also work that's trying to be covered up without being done. I would not recommend this company to anybody, except my worst enemies. I do not trust this company and I'm very dissatisfied with this work. A lot of work has to be redone."

"Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."
