Well this plumbing service required a $99 service call fee regardless whether repairs were performed. The troubleshooting by the plumber had no results unfortunately. The plumber said he could not work on the Kenitco osmosis system as the leak was with the unit. A $99 service fee is excessive. I had to call Kenitco tech came out and replaced a small gasket piece then charged me a $199 service call. Repair was no cost as the unit has a 10 year warranty. So I paid $99 +199= $300.

They were very reasonably priced. The serviceman was very professional both at the estamit appointment and during the job. We were given the option to purchase our own faucet to guarentee matching and save a bit of money. Good communication! Emails for appointment confirmation were prompt. 2 months after the work was done everything is working fine.
