"I liked the salesman that came out. I thought he did a very thorough job on their estimate. We did not have a problem with Dura Kool. We just currently have not had it done. I though their price was a little high. I would use them again in the future."

"There was a personnel issue early on, which I know can happen to any company. That was handled quickly, once that was addressed, everything was handled professionally and punctually. Pricing is at the higher end of what we found, but since we had good reviews from several neighbors and friends who had used the company for similar projects, we went with Sun Shield. Build quality is good; the patio covers will make our home more comfortable. The overall ratings I gave reflect the issues with the first team that came out. As I said earlier, once the problem person was removed from the project, all went well and I would have no problem hiring the company again."

"He replaced the hinges, drilled new holes in the ground so that the metal rods could stabilized the gate allowing me to lock it. He did a wonderful job, I'm really pleased. In addition, he has a pleasant personality and knows his stuff. I recommend him highly."

"Tom came out right on time, very nice person. He gave us a the price for the slab and the 47' awing. Tom explained how strong the awing was and about the rain gutters.
George came out with his crew to install the awing after the slab was poured. Georges crew were fantastic, they did a great job and very fast and the clean up was great.
This the best experience I ever had with a contractor.
