"Aire Service was hired to provide an evaluate whether we needed a new air conditioning unit. If we did need one we wanted a written estimate of how much it would cost to have the company install the Trane brand unit for us. The technician arrived in a timely manner with dust covers for his shoes. He thoroughly inspected both air conditioner units as well as our furnace. He also took photos of each part that he checked out on his cell phone. When he was done he explained everything that he had done and discussed his photographs. He recommended that one unit be replaced. He said that he would send his recommendations by email which he did. I asked him to include the installation of the Trane air conditioner in his recommendation a number of times. He did not do this."

"I was looking for a complete HVAC replacement. There are so many companies in L.V., that it was a bit overwhelming on where to start. I decided to try a local business first--- Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. ---and am I glad I did. I left a message, and was called back that same day, by Lance (the owner). He showed up the next morning, on time, for an estimate. He ran down exactly what he would do for the job, and exactly how much it would cost (to the penny)! He also informed me about the best equipment, and warranties, that would be right for me. Right from the start I had a feeling that this was the company I wanted to deal with and I decided to stop my search right there. We set up the install appointment, and again, he was there on time with the equipment. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and took the time to answer every question I had, even if he was in the middle of something. The work by him and his partner (Joe), was done expertly, as if they were working on their own home. Even when it started to get dark, they did not rush anything, and just wanted to get it right the first time. They are very professional, and there were no hidden surprises. "He quickly installed the new equipment. The solar water heater had been making strange sounds and the lights on the control panel had started rotating constantly. I asked him about it and he examined it and agreed it seemed to be acting strangely. He said he didn't know a lot about solar water heaters but would look it up over the weekend and come back to take another look. He returned today and figured out the problem at no charge. He is going to order a new pump to replace the defective one. While he was here he saw me and my two adult children attempting to move a very heavy awkward piece of furniture, He jumped right in to help us. He spent about 30 minutes here and didn't charge me. He has made me a loyal customer and I will use this company anytime I have a future plumbing issue. I'm not easily impressed but the service was impeccable and Edgar was very professional, polite, helpful and genuinely nice."

"We had two other companies come to our home to give us bids on either 1)repairing our old system or 2) installing a new system.  The representatives of the first two companies immediately stated that, since our system was old (20 years) we should just scrap it and install a new system. They didn't even really look at what we currently have.
When the representative from Bishop arrived (one of the owners) he immediately said that he would check out the systerm to see what was wrong and give us an estimate on repairs. If it would be too costly, then he would bid on installing a new system. In other words, he was the only person who actually did what my husband and I  had asked for.
He found the problem, repaired it, and we have had zero problems since. The system has worked fine for the remainder of the summer. We know we will have to replace our system eventually, but we did not wish to spend that much money right now, and Bishop gave us the means to have our current system fulfill our needs for this season.
We would both recommend Bishop very highly: they worked to satisfy the client, not to make a big sale.  We both feel we can trust them when it comes time to replace our system.

"We began this process through Energy Fit Nevada.  They "assigned" Today's Energy Store to do the work.  An initial Energy Audit occurred and a complete report was made identifying several energy deficiencies in our 20 year old home.  The deficiencies included an old HVAC, almost no insulation in the attic, several air leaks between the attic and main floor, and an inefficient pump for our pool.  We agreed to have these four critical items repaired and began the work.  The first thing we did was replace the old HVAC followed by sealing the attic air leaks and then had additional insulation blown into the attic, followed by installing a new variable speed pool pump.
The work involved other contractors (HVAC and Pool Pump) as well as Today's Energy Store employees.  All appointments were met on time as scheduled and the work was professionally done in workmanlike manner. 
The most notable improvement is the additional insulation in the attic.  Our home is noticably quieter and we have not run the air conditioner as much as we normally would have for this time of year.  The variable speed pool pump is much quieter also.
Today's Energy Store was great to work with and provided a great service to our quality of life and our wallet.
