We had our main double door fridge that stopped workingâ ¦ we are a small family owned pizzeria, it was a very big problem for usâ ¦ lance the owner reached out at 10 pm few minutes after my request and from the next day came to fix the problem, very polite efficient knowledgeable and accommodating. The price was reasonable too fir the big repair. We are thankful and will call him from now on!

Had the AC unit on my houseboat replaced, didnâ  t want to modify the boat to fit the boat, not a problem. They order the units to fit the existing locations. They did a very clean refitting and it works great. Would recommend them, very helpful and Knowledgeable.

The whole experience was awesome. Their quote was the best we got. The crew was on time and started working right away. We were told the job would take 6 to 8 hours, finished in just under 6 hours. The quality of the work was excellent. Compared to my old unit this system is so much more efficient.

I was looking for a complete HVAC replacement. There are so many companies in L.V., that it was a bit overwhelming on where to start. I decided to try a local business first--- Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. ---and am I glad I did. I left a message, and was called back that same day, by Lance (the owner). He showed up the next morning, on time, for an estimate. He ran down exactly what he would do for the job, and exactly how much it would cost (to the penny)! He also informed me about the best equipment, and warranties, that would be right for me. Right from the start I had a feeling that this was the company I wanted to deal with and I decided to stop my search right there. We set up the install appointment, and again, he was there on time with the equipment. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and took the time to answer every question I had, even if he was in the middle of something. The work by him and his partner (Joe), was done expertly, as if they were working on their own home. Even when it started to get dark, they did not rush anything, and just wanted to get it right the first time. They are very professional, and there were no hidden surprises. I have confidence that if any problem does come up, they will return to fix it. This Company (Lance) was a pleasure to do business with, and I am confident in the work they do. I highly recommend them.

They were not only cheaper than all the others but they come on time and finished their job very professionally. The next day, they came back to fix a loose cable and also cleaned the coils for free. The owner and mechanic where friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend Absolute Air to everybody and thank them for their excellent service. Their prices are very very competitive and the owner keeps his word after giving you a quote. I know I may sound a bit overboard with this rating, but it is the exact and honest truth. I am a retired lecturer of 44 years and I don't usually give ratings but Absolute Air deserves it!

I was calling around for service or replacement on my HVAC system. Lance was the only one who offered to come out that night. It was after normal hours. He checked out the unit and explained the issue. He said the unit did not need to be replaced. He also checked our 2nd unit too. We asked him to come back in the morning and he did. Lance was very professional, friendly and honest. We expected the cost to be much higher that it was. We appreciate everything he did for us. We will highly recommend Lance to anyone for his services. P.S. The cool air feels great! Thank you again.
